Order Processing Time
● All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
● Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
● During peak seasons, special promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll do our best to let you know.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship using the fastest available service based on your location and the carrier options available.
● Estimated delivery time:
○ Typically between 5 to 21 business days after dispatch.
● You may receive your items earlier than the stated time frame depending on your location and carrier performance.
Please note: All delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
● Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
● You can use this tracking number to follow your order every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
● Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight/size, and carrier rates.
● Any available free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)
For international deliveries (outside our base country):
● Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by your local customs office.
● These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
● Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information if needed.
Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, some situations are outside our control, such as:
● Postal or courier delays
● Customs processing
● Weather conditions
● High seasonal volume or unforeseen events
These may extend the delivery time. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
● Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
● We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
● If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it to you; however, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
● If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Double-check your mailbox, front desk, or neighbors, and
2. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
● If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and items, so we can help review the issue and work on a solution.
Changes & Cancellations
● Once an order has been placed, we start processing it quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
● We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has entered the shipping process.
