Please make sure to read our full Return Policy before returning your items.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the products has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. All merchandise have to be unused with labels intact. Package should only include items listed in that particular return packing slip. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, discounted items).

Please take note that we do not offer free returns and we do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping company of your choice to return your item(s).

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
