Refund policy

 

Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns for Hygiene Reasons

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for socks or any other worn/close-to-skin items. All sales are final, except in cases where the item is misprinted, defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

This includes returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size

Preference for a different color or design

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it for these reasons.

 

2. Misprinted, Defective, or Damaged Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

To help us review your claim quickly, please provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and the packaging

A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

A replacement item, or

A refund to your original payment method, or

Store credit

The resolution method will be determined at our discretion.

 

3. Lost Packages in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We may:

File an investigation with the carrier, and

Offer a replacement or store credit if the package is confirmed lost

We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (except where defective or damaged on arrival):

Socks and other worn/close-to-skin products (hygiene reasons)

Gift cards

Discounted / sale / promotional items

Final sale items

Free gifts or promotional items

 

5. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

Wrong Address

 If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the courier cannot deliver your order:

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, we can attempt to update your address.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, no refund will be given due to the incorrect address.

If the package is returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to a corrected address.

Unclaimed Packages

 Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility:

Are not eligible for a refund

Can be reshipped once you pay the reshipment cost

 

6. Refunds for Approved Cases

For approved refund cases (defective, damaged, misprinted, or wrong item):

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected any required documentation or returned item (if a return is requested).

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as determined at our discretion.

Please note that:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company
